This will set up your account within my software, but does not obligate you in any way. Answering a few key questions will help to determine if I can provide services for you. I will call you back as quickly as possible, usually the same day and always within 24 hrs. If you wish to proceed, we can schedule your Client Consult and I’ll send a Welcome email with a link to activate your account. You can then complete your online pet profile and e-sign my Service Agreement & Vet Release forms prior to our meeting.

Alternatively, you can send an email to brenda@blueribbon.pet, but please include the following key information, otherwise we play email or phone tag! I will need to know the services you’re interested in, dates for services, your street name, and what pets you have.
